  • Your differentiators or Unique Selling Proposition (USP) -- What sets you apart from the competition? What are your specialties? What are your areas of expertise?
  • Voice and tone - how you want people to imagine your business as if it was speaking.
  • Features vs. benefits - helping your audience understand the benefits you provide in a way that relates to them.

During the process, we'll test everything we come up with to make sure it fits my signature formula for achieving customer engagement.

You'll be able to walk away with a package of distinctive, persuasive, and engaging words and stories about your business that can be featured in any form of marketing such as web site copy, blog content, social media posts, video scripts, company brochures, advertisements, and talking points. All content will be polished with professional copywriting techniques and will include a suggested plan for application.
